Update gitignore and commit a working project #110

this task has already been completed, by me and oliver, once oliver has the lexer going we will push it to master

This will conflict with olivers latesd work... there for i will not merg this, iff you want to add a project dile for inelij you can do so when olivers lexer and parser is merged in to master.
