vr.png + vr.cfg for Virtua Racing (roms vr) for Mame current version #18

Hello ,

There is no bezel for Virtua Racing but for Virtua Formula which is now a clone and no longer a Roma parent.

Thinking that the bezel had not been created for Virtua Racing I created a slightly different bezel for Virtua Racing the style is the same as Virtua Formula.

To me the logo please don't care about the Megadrive / Genesis.
