Incorrect bezel for topgunnr #24

The bezel at /retroarch/overlay/ArcadeBezels)/topgunnr.png is actually the bezel for the game topgunr (Konami 1986), not topgunnr (Exidy 1986) Note the defference in spelling. Both games are called Top Gunner, but they are very different.
