Merge v1.2.1-meta -> Master #49

Corrected a lot of documentation, cleaned up all linting errors (via LuaLS), and dramatically increased long-term maintainability of the add-on.

Tested in P2P, but should not have any effect on SRCDS servers, as 99.9% of changes were purely nominal or were just changes to comments.
