Unfortunate traitor bots with a defib will stall the round if they have a dead comrade directly vertically below/above them. This seems to disregard any pathfinding; it may be taking horizontal distance by mistake.

Eat popcorn as they try to get to someone they will never reach (as they are below the floor)
