It's not working at all for me. I was using it on Mountain Lion, upgraded to Yosemite this weekend, installed Xcode Command Line Tools as suggested in a comment by the author of the patch (on http://www.thebitguru.com/projects/iTunesPatch) and now the keys are not responding at all, even after restoring the backup.

Yes, this works fine on Yosemite. Generally, missing xcode command line tools has been the main reason for this not working. I am working on a GUI app that will make things easier and more obvious. That should be coming soon.

@cesalazar, can you open a new issue and send me the output of the following command? md5 /System/Library/CoreServices/rcd.app/Contents/MacOS/rcd
