Have some pre-set device_idle_constants to quickly apply. #61

I have tried the App but was somehow struggled with setting a reasonable device_idle_constants combination.

(shameless input: and then I figured it out somehow and documented here https://github.com/easz/doze-tweak)

It would be pretty user friendly if you can provide some pre-set device_idle_constants to let user quickly apply them.
