Letter "ó" in description is improperly shown as "ó" #537

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload file with letter "ó" in description. Assign to a client.
2. Go to Clients -> Manage Clients. View as a client.
3. Letter "ó" in description is improperly shown as "ó"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r561. Debian 8 (Jessie).

Please provide any additional information below.
Mysql database is in utf8 mode. Other letters are shown and stored i proper 
form.
