It's coming up with that lame error message you saw the other day, because clearly you haven't looked at it since then - which is totally ok, but not terribly useful for me because I want to filter the populations and then look at allele frequencies or some other reasonably pointless things. Xanthine oxidoreductase may prove to be interesting, but probably not. Think you could take another look and get that filter function working? Thanks! :)

Alright I think I fixed I imagine it was the warning regarding snpEff stuff. try it again. Cheers James keep me posted if it is still not working.
