When opened, instantly crashes #103

No viruses, as soon as I run the file ViVoTool.exe, it opens a cmd prompt for 0.1 seconds and then immediantly crashes, and I cannot use vivotool to do stuff.

That's how CLI tools work. You're supposed to use it from an already open CMD window.
