how do i remove vivetool from my computer

ViVeTool is a standalone program, deleting it is enough to remove it. If you want to remove features you've set with it then either use the delconfig command to wipe them individually or clear the subkeys in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FeatureManagement\Overrides\4.
