Add Missing Features from mach2 repository

Missing features were obtained by:

• concatenating all mach2 feature lists
• removing comments
• removing mach2 warning features
• removing features of type =
• replacing ": " with ","
• removing blank lines
• removing duplicates
• concatenating said list at the end of vive's existing pfs
• using excel to open the resulting file as a comma separated csv
• setting the sheet as a table
• removing duplicates based on "column 2"
• ordering from largest to smallest
• special care to put the first 3 features back at the bottom due to unusually high id ranges for vso
• touch ups to ensure no existing or duplicate data remained
• converting the file back to LF from CRLF (as a result of using excel)

Made some small adjustments to preserve the unique key nature of the dictionary + added a few IDs Really wish Microsoft would have a mechanism in place to prevent overlaps so this doesn't have to be manually corrected

Maybe we should document later how to proceed here or potentially deal with this, for now not too important
