ConvertCSV should ignore shopping list filters #511

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on filters in advanced prefs
2. Filter by store
3. Export with ConvertCSV

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only items from the filtered store are in the output. The whole list should be 
exported, regardless of filters.

At least make it an option. Maybe users want to just export one specific part 
of the list.
