Fix setup script. #137

There is nothing bash-specific in this script, so it needlessly breaks the build on system that do not install bash by default, such as the BSDs.

Hey, sorry for the slow response - just got back from holidays. I hadn't thought about distros with a default other than bash, and that makes perfect sense. I'm redoing the build system in the moderngl2 branch right now, which will be mainlined very soon - so I'll make sure that this is included in there. Thanks!
