Add a link to the tutorial itself to the README file. #2

Strangely, I had problems to google the text version of your tutorial. This repos is the first result, the next one is https://github.com/thebracket/rustrogueliketutorial (with the actual link in the description), twitter, and only after that - http://bfnightly.bracketproductions.com/rustbook/

I think that adding the last link to this repo could help with the "discoverability" of your tutorial.
