AD hoc and infrastracture freeze

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. going online (ad hoc or infrastracture) in game
2. disable all plugins

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the game freezes and then shuts down

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.60 pro b10 fix PSP 3001 09g

Please provide any additional information below.
i tried the 6.39 cfw and i still got the same problem...i got this problem in 
resistance retribution and socom ftb2...my plugins are cxmb and 
audioboost...both are disabled and my apps is adhoc file transfer, seplugin 
manager, pspfiler and davee's downgrader...
