6.60 PRO B9 CIPL_Flasher doesn't work. #428

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i saw "this installer doesn't support this model

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 3000 9g. FW 6.60, already up to 6.60 Pro B9

Because it doesent! If you would reat the manual you would know that CIPL 
flasher supports only 100x ! 01 and 02g

what piotrekhenry said it's only for PSP 1k & 2k (TA-088v3 not supported)
