1. Disable all your plugins.
2. Try disabling ISO Cache in the recovery menu.
3. Try changing the ISO Drier from Inferno to m-33 or Sony9660

I didnt encounter any problems runing it on 6.20 PRO C with default
configuration so you probably either have an incompatibile plugin or you
changed something important in the configuration.

another thing that may be a problem . . . I don't have any plugins at all. When
I go to plugin manager, its just blank.

In that case delete the seplugins folder from your MS completely just to be
sure that you arent runing any incompatibile plugins.
And to bring the CFW configuration to it's default settings I would recomend
the following:

1. UNinstall the CIPL flasher (IF you isntalled it).
2. UNinstall the PRO Update,
3. Install the PRO Update again.
4. Use Fast recovery OR instal CIPL flasher.

That should bring up the default CFW configuration on which I have tested this
game.

The UMD & it's dumped ISO works fine on 6.60 PRO-C

try doing this

Uninstall PRO
Format your Memory Stick via System Settings
Re-download & Install 6.60 PRO-C Fix 3

and place the ISO of BRS to the ISO Folder again and try running the game

Several users reported that this game actually work.
Please try to update the CFW, dump a fresh ISO (NOT patched) and delete any
plugin.
