Calling the "!ping" command summons other bots #2

The ping command, when called when called with the exclamation mark !ping, is duplicated with the Rhythm Bot who will provide the users current ping.

Not sure what can be done about this, as it's a command that's being fielded by the other bots.

Renaming the command, or removing the other prefix (!) seem to be the only options.
