Prohibition of destroying a block in creative mode #12

Hi ! All my players play in creative mode. and i would like them not to be able to break blocks not in their areas. I know a little java and looked at the code, it looks like the onBreakBlock event is not generated for creative mode.. Does anyone know a way to solve my problem ?
