The documentation/readme currently tells you to download the latest Swift toolchain from swift.org. This Swift version is not, seemingly, compatible with windows-samples, and you need to download the latest Swift toolchain from thebrowsercompany/swift-build. This PR slightly modifies the README to acknowledge this, and provides a direct link to the releases page of the swift-build repo.
