Add basic implementation for using other server waypoints besides players. #18

Only BlueMap implementation is mostly complete. Dynmap is most likely functional for the one method so far and other maps just ignore the option for now. Ideally this will also gain an option in the config.

Feel free to request any edits before merging.

Thanks for your work. I had a look at it now, tested it and fixed some issues I found. I will do some final testing and then merge it tomorrow.
