SDL2:

support variable line height
support scaling
scale bitmaps
allow the user to change the scaling factor using the keyboard

Windows:

support scaling
select the best font
add DPI awareness
scale bitmaps
allow the user to change the scaling factor using the keyboard, the system menu, and the context menu

DLG:

make frame stripes scaling aware

SLD:

use current screen dimensions for coordinate translation
