fix double issues #1

arg-1902-10-21 contains pages for new arg-1902-11-20.
arg-1903-01-15 contains pages for new arg-1903-02-07.
arg-2000-05-31 contains pages for new arg-2000-06-14.

Need to:

[ ] revise metadata of old items
[ ] swap out PDFs of old items
[ ] create new metadata and cdm items for the new dates
