find existing record in CDM using the CDM id or old objectid that is still in the cdm_pdf_link
update metadata fields to reflect the new (correct) date: Title, Date, Identifier
mark that it was done in the new metadata (new field fixed?)
(do not need to update the file on CDM! filename will be based on the metadata. However, in your copy of the PDFs gather the ones with updated filenames to add to archive)
