Emails are jumpy in gmail / android #19

When I'm opening the emails on my android phone, both on wifi and mobile data, I experience many jumps / page blinks. I think the avatars make the whole page re-render. So if I go down the list, for a few times, the page scrolls up on its own to the top of the email.

I don't know if you did something, or my new Nexus 6 is better at showing emails, but anyway now the problem seems to be resolved!
