Assigning labels does not work #834

The issue template suggests:

...

  1. Label the issue with the show you're referencing. Each of our podcasts has a label.

but assigning labels is not enabled for anybody.

Lame! Apparently there's no way to let non-contributors add labels themselves. I guess we'll have to change the template to just ask which show the suggestion is for and then we'll apply the label for them.
