For Labels, Use SVG Glyphs, "Use" Element, To Improve Performance #367

When labels are drawn, performance is poor.

We might be able to re-use SVG elements. It might be worth trying: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/d3-js/6_QWx29L_yQ

Can apply to arc labels, and expander boxes.
