Twitter Bootstrap for UI #375

I just found out about Twitter Bootstrap. I found it while looking for an alternative to JQuery UI, which has never pleased me.

Bootstrap offers popovers (popups), menus, breadcrumbs, etc.

This isn't super critical, and for all I know it's bloated and unpleasant.

I am not so sure this is helpful; the behavior attached to the breadcrumbs will be URL oriented. Would I have to intercept transitions? Are all transitions to actual page loads? Thus looks dubious.
