Expansions and Node Revealing Need Layout Refresh, but Not Working #403

There is a runCurrentLayout(boolean) method in the graph views, that is meant to refresh the layout that was most recently used. It is resetting to the raw force layout for the term neighbourhood.

Confirming that ontology layout is behaving, now that other ontology issues resolved.
