Circle Layouts Animate Nodes but Not Edges #413

In the circle and central layouts, nodes animate to their final positions, but the edges start there. This leads to the odd animation of nodes flying towards already positioned line endpoints.

Can't replicate, and I vaguely recall fixing while working on another case.
