Root Node Hidden If Second Expansion Set Hidden #415

I had Entire Pupil as root, then expanded its concepts and mappings. If I hid both, the root was also hidden, but it should stay because it is the parent of the initial expansion.

There's a good chance this will evaporate when I am done #412.

It might also be because I removed that root initialization parent, then re-added it via an expansion of 'Pupil Structure'. I removed 'Entire Pupil' and 'Entire Pupil of Right Eye', then expanded as mentioned, then expanded 'Entire Pupil' mappings. So it was removing the 'Entire Pupil' because it was a child of the expansion. Like I said, #412 might have a change that makes this bug evaporate.

I think I had an odd assumption that I cannot remember; this isn't a bug. Or fixing #412 removed something that I failed to describe adequately herein. Things look fine. The Entire Pupil should disappear when no dependents are rendered.
