When I expand many many times, while the horizontal tree layout is in effect, I cannot drag nodes for one minute without the node being snagged away from the mouse by the layout.
Some retriggering of the layout is in effect. The simplest fix is to adjust dragging behavior to also use the D3 fixed node technique while it is dragged. I would expect the node to snap back to the layout once released if the underlying bug is still occurring. That is annoying...so get to the bottom of it instead. Use this idea if it's too hard to figure out.
