I am going to implement it via a simple link to reload the whole view. We can assess whether we want it to be quicker, or with undo/redo.
No! I can't do that. We use it as an embed, so we should be loading it in frame, so to speak. Unless I can reload an arbitrary URL into my own embed iframe...
I'm not so sure how important this is, given it is embedded next to the drop down menu of ontologies. We can think on it.
The drop-down list in BioPortal (i.e. something we don't control) will still show the old ontology. Will that be confusing?
Just like the concept view allows traversal or swapping of the central node, so should the ontology overview. Try to do it without having to reload all of the ontology data, by just getting the mappings call and reconfiguring the view.
