Should Node Deletions Re-Trigger Layout? #507

When nodes are deleted, it would be nice to update the layout. A large reason to delete nodes is to claw back space. Should I do it?

If the user has dragged, then deleted nodes, they might not want the graph to be laid out anew. It is a rule of thumb not to anger the user, so I will not retrigger layouts.
