Expansion Sets and Node Deletion #508

The node deletion from the checkboxes needs to be improved. For node selection-deletion, use a deletion container...disconnect their arcs, and perhaps fix their location. This keeps them alive in the expansion sets, etc, but prevents them from being seen or affecting layouts. This is a rather big change. Think about it. The intent is to offer a better hiding than the current dimming, and to create a way to delete when node(s) are selected.

The problems are visible when some nodes are deleted from an expansion set. Give it a shot.

An alternative would be only in the populating of the checkboxes. The Ontology/Concept ones only add checkboxes for which the node is present. That would be simple enough for the expansion checkboxes too, right?

The comment on the commit expresses the original issue better than my original issue test. Yuck. Anyway, it's working very well now.
