Expansion Menu: Parent, Children, Compositions, Properties? #526

I just realized that for nodes with many many children, in particular, that it might be useful for users to be able to expand upward or downward only, along any of the four neighbor relation axes.

I am dealing with a node that has 800 odd expansions. If there are only a few parents, and that's really what the user wants to see, couldn't we let them request just those?

I finally want Typescript 1.4, for Type Aliases and other things. Upgrading my dev from Palantir Eclipse plugins: TypeScript 1.01.v20140918-2352 TSLint 0.9.5.v20141104-0215

Backing up those plugins to another directory in case of fubar. See #527.

Added blue dot as control to get to fully functional submenu. Change from dot. Make a tool tip for it too probably, and maybe a tour item. It is ok if users don't notice it, but I feel like something like a dot is indeed good enough to entice exploration.
