Style Menu Bar Buttons #541

Style the menu bar buttons to look more consistent with Bioportal.

I don't want the styles to be exactly the same as the Bioportal interface, because it looks worse when the menu bar is grey, and possibly confuse features that are part of the graph with ones that are part of the page.
