Create a WASD control #434

What do you need to do?
A way to move the cursor with WASD keys. Q and E could be for frame movement.

How would you like to do it?
A button in the ContextBar to switch to this WASD mode. I'm not a huge fan of 
modes, but this kind of keyboard behavior changes need them.
