The phone has proven to be a lifesafer in many circumstances as it contains a
list of the most recent people you contacted they know you.
Having a locked phone doesn't help rescue teams (ambulance, firemen, etc) to
find out information.
An ICE (In case of emergency feature) feature could be very nice to have.
Or perhaps it would be good Dashclock to offer the opportunity to create nice
link to already existing ICE apps allowing the phone to be unlocked for just
that particular app.

Most of these apps already have a widget, but once this is included in
DashClock it is not unlock the phone as expected.
