it would be nice to add keyboard shortcuts for working with lines, such
duplication and movement lines

Ctrl+C without selection copies the current line to the clipboard.
Ctrl+Y deletes the current line

For more extensive line manipulation try the line selection mode.
Line Select Shft+Ctrl+L Set selection mode to Line 
Normal Select Shft+Ctrl+N Set selection mode to Normal

I want to move the line up/down without copying

I do not understand the rationale for a special mode for easy editing of lines
