"Code Explorer" should list elements sorted by name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a big project
2. Look at "Code Explorer"
3. The items are presented in the order they appear in the code file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
They should appear in name sorted order, like all other IDEs. Or at least 
have a "sort / not sort" toggle button option.

The purpose of the code explorer is to quickly jump to a function given 
its name. Finding the name in the code explorer is obviously faster when 
sorted. There is little or no benefit to having it list in the order it 
appears in the code file. 

I suppose there might be a minor benefit to getting an outline summary of 
the functional layout of a file, but that is a secondary benefit to the 
first; and should be a secondary option to a default "sorted" option; not 
in lieu of it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9.7 on XP
