Cannot UNDO after SAVE #363

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a .py file with pyscripter
2. Modfiy somethign and save
3. Try to undo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Undo was disabled

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1997

Please provide any additional information below.

Undo's lifetime should be through entire edit processing. You modify 
something and save it to see what happened, and it went wrong, now you 
need is UNDO

This is behaviour is controlled by an IDE option "Undo after save" (Tools, 
Options, IDE options).  In the latest version the default has been changed to 
True.
