I would like an import/export of code templates as I use this feature very 
often (like the shortcuts and highlighters)

Code templates are saved in pyscripter.ini,  in the user %APPDATA%\pyscripter 
directory.  You can back up this file and take it to another computer 
toove.code templates and all other settings.
