External tools on tool bar not updating.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open user toolbar, Open (toolbar) customize.
2. Drag&Drop any external tool to User Toolbar.
3. Now, Rename your external tool. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I Expected my external tool on toolbar to be updated with new text.
But, Toolbar contains old label only. and that too not working. 
And on restart that tool disappears from my toolbar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Python2.5
PyScripter 2.1.0.0

Immediately after this,

Go to (toolbar) Customize..
Under Commands tab...
In Categories list, 'External Tools' is not visible.
after restart of pyscripter, this list is fine!

I am afraid this is too much work for what it is worth.  If you rename External 
tools restart PyScripter and re-add them to the toolbar.
