PyScripter-v2.1.1.zip contains PyScripter version 2.1.0.0 #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download http://pyscripter.googlecode.com/files/PyScripter-v2.1.1.zip
2. Unzip and execute PyScripter.exe
3. It shows a dialog offering to update to 2.1.1 beta.
4. Clicking on "Info" it shows a list of changes between 2.1.0.0 and 2.1.1.
5. The "About" dialog also shows the version as 2.1.0.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Version 2.1.1.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows

Please provide any additional information below.

Haven't tried the installer.

BTW, please include an empty PyScripter.ini file with the zip version, as it is 
intended to be portable and not write its configuration anywhere else. Thanks 
for your work!

Actually the only difference in the 2.1.1 distribution from the 2.1.0 is in the 
help file and the reported version number.  The problem that this might cause 
is that it will say occasionally that an upgrade is available.  Just ignore 
that and it should be fine.  This will be corrected with the next update.
