[Enhancement] Set default Theme to "Default". #402

Using the "Default" theme, and disabling Gutter gradient by default would cause 
a more appealing first impression upon fist install of PyScripter, as the 
current default theme makes PyScripter look a bit childish.

This is quite subjective.  In any case it is quite easy to change the default 
theme.
