Ability to add mainmenu on a par with the other menu bar. #411

Please, make, that it was possible MainMenu to place on one panel with other 
panels of the menu. It would be very convenient!
For example, as in the attached drawing.

It is easy to implement but a I have a traditionalist view about menus and I do 
not like them floating by accident.  Sorry.
