Recent beta's break undo #412

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Python module (Ctrl+N)
2. add some three new lines at the bottom of the file
3. undo until no longer possible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
* Only the added lines should disappear
* However, other lines also disappear (or parts of)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP 2.1.1.0
