Cursor with template file #413

When you have to create a new program from a template file, it would be nice to 
find the cursor at the end of the template code.

Fixed in version control.

Moreover in the new version if the character "|" is present in the template, 
after the insertion of the template text, the cursor is placed at the position 
of that character and the character is deleted.
